I stumbled upon SoyJoy’s website, which explores the history of the soy bean. I know… sounds pretty boring, huh? I mean, come on… soy beans are great and all, but… do I need a time line documenting important dates in the life of soy? After going through this beautifully designed page, the answer is yes. Yes I do. Even though I grew up with a soy bean field literally in my backyard, I never appreciated this tiny plant more than I do now, after perusing this lovely site.
